Description
Side-mounted hygienic agitator for mixing and blending in atmospheric and pressurized tanks. Volume range: 8 < x ≤ 18 m³ at 10°C for fluids with viscosity 0–10 cP. Motor power: 0.37 kW. Impeller diameter: 350 mm. Speed: 295 RPM. Process connection: welding flange type TE2603023190. Electrical motor: IEC standard, IP55, painted RAL5010; voltage and frequency configurable (standard 3x380–420 V 50 Hz / 3x440 V 60 Hz). Certifications: Meets EHEDG, USDA, FDA, 3-A Sanitary Standards; optional Q-doc and ATEX. Construction: drive unit with bearing frame, shaft with special shaft seal, and EnSaFoil energy-saving impeller with two or three blades. Materials: product-wetted steel parts AISI 316L; seal rubber parts EPDM or FPM; mechanical seal parts carbon, silicon carbide. Surface finishes: industrial shot peened Ra < 3.2 μm, hygienic polished Ra < 0.8 μm, UltraPure Ra < 0.51 μm. Options: welding flange, stainless steel motor/gearmotor cover, spare part kit, ATEX version.
