VRM01 axial seal with NBR elastomer. Function: Upstream seal for rotating shafts; protects housing interior from dust, dirt, splash water. Construction: Coated metal ring + loose NBR sealing element (axial rim collar retains ring). Counter-surface: Perpendicular flange/cover; Ra ≤ 2 µm. Shaft tolerance: ISO H9; surface Ra ≤ 4 µm; chamfer 10-20°. Temperature: -40°C to +100°C. Circumferential speed: ≤ 12 m/s. Pressure: Pressureless operation only. Mounting: Grease elastomer, press with uniform tool; axial block recommended. Advantages: Centrifugal effect supports sealing; insensitive to eccentricity.
