Description
Pilot valve enclosure for 9 to 12 solenoid pilots. IP67, ATEX II 3D Ex tc IIIC T100°C Dc IP67. Operating temperature: -20 °C to +60 °C. Weight: 7 kg. Solenoid base: extruded aluminium, anodised; cover: diecast aluminium, anodised. Common terminal pre‑wired. Common exhaust port on underside, 2× 3/8″ female Gas, can be piped or muted with silencer. Electrical connection: ¾″ female Gas. Coil insulation class H. Voltage/frequency: AC 50/60 Hz 24 / 110 / 220 V; DC 24 / 110 V. Pneumatic connections to VEM diaphragm valves: 1/4″ female Gas, tube 6/8 mm, max. length 2 m. Fluid: dried, filtered, oil‑free compressed air or nitrogen, 0.5–7.5 bar. Optional heater: GRT120 (120 W, 220 V) keeps internal temperature at +4 °C. Supplied with fixing brackets.
