Description

Hydrodynamic cavitation device for microscopic mixing, dispersion, emulsification, hydration, and scale‑free heating of liquids. Rotor size: 406 mm (16 inch). Flow capacity up to 20,000 l/h (5,283 gph) depending on application and rotor configuration. Process connection: inlet/outlet fittings according to ISO, DIN, or other standards (size varies). Electrical: driven by electric motor (IEC or NEMA norm); motor totally enclosed; electrical connection per motor type. Certifications: Sanitary 3‑A design, FDA compliant elastomers. Housing: stainless steel AISI 316L / DIN 1.4404, close‑coupled design, adjustable stainless steel legs or brackets, stainless steel motor shroud (European version). Materials: rotor and housing in 316L; seals SiC/Carbon or SiC/SiC; elastomers EPDM or FKM (FDA). Options: rotor with 2, 3, or 4 rows of holes; single or double mechanical shaft seal; skidded systems with frequency inverter, manual back pressure valve, monitoring equipment (PT100 transmitters, display, manometers, flow meter), gas injection nozzle, feed pump, sample valves.
