Description
Main function: Diaphragm type automatic water control valve for single interlock preaction fire protection systems. Double seat design. External resetting by re-pressurizing diaphragm chamber. Range: 1 1/2 in. (DN40). Service pressure: 20–300 psi (1.4–20.7 bar). Process connection: Groove × Groove. Vertical installation. Flanged connections available drilled per ANSI, ISO, AS, JIS. Threaded connections NPT or ISO 7-1. Port connections NPT threaded. Certifications: UL, C-UL Listed, FM Approved, LPCB Approved (when trimmed per applicable TFP data sheet). Housing: Diaphragm type. Internal and external epoxy coating for corrosion resistance. Materials: Body: Epoxy coated ductile iron ASTM A536-77 Grade 65-45-12. Diaphragm Cover: Epoxy coated ductile iron. Diaphragm: Polyester fabric reinforced, TEFLON coated, EPDM rubber per ASTM D2000. Fasteners: Aluminum zinc coated steel. Trim ordered separately. Options: Trim must be ordered separately per TFP1411 (Wet Pilot), TFP1416 (Dry Pilot), or TFP1421 (Electric).
