Description
High-viscosity gear pump with robust design. Max differential pressure: 200 PSI (13.8 bar) – note: footnote indicates 150 PSI (10.3 bar) for some variants. Temperature up to 600°F (316°C). Viscosity up to 1,000,000 SSU (220,000 cSt). Nominal flow rate: 15 GPM @ 1750 RPM, 2.8 m³/hr @ 1450 RPM. Max RPM: 1800. Standard carbon steel rotor shaft. Features: back pull-out design (reduces downtime, no need to disturb piping or alignment); oversized shaft and bearing diameters (models GG130–GG550); large bore stuffing boxes; internal venting; in-line seal maintenance; optional relief valve, various seal choices, oversized/high-pressure flanges, Tutriding surface hardening, high-temperature construction, jacketing, modular port options.
