Description
High-viscosity gear pump with gall-resistant Nitronic 60 rotor head and idler gear. Max differential pressure: 150 PSI (10.3 bar) – footnote: 125 PSI (8.6 bar) for some variants; if fluid <100 SSU, max differential pressure to 100 PSI. Temperature up to 500°F (260°C). Viscosity up to 1,000,000 SSU (220,000 cSt). Nominal flow rate: 20 GPM @ 1150 RPM, 5.7 m³/hr @ 1450 RPM. Max RPM: 1200. Features: back pull-out design; oversized shaft/bearings; large bore stuffing boxes; internal venting; in-line seal maintenance; optional relief valve, seal choices, flanges, Tutriding, high-temperature construction, jacketing, modular ports.
