Description
Main function: Double-eccentric lug type butterfly valve for shut-off and control of gaseous and liquid media. Range: DN 50 – DN 1200. Metal seated up to DN 800 max. PN 16. Differential pressure: ≤ DN150 max. 40 bar; > DN150 max. 25 bar. Vacuum: up to 1 mbar absolute. Temperature range: -60°C to +230°C (R-PTFE seat); -60°C to +600°C (Inconel seat). Accuracy / Tightness: R-PTFE seat: EN 12266 Leakage rate A; Inconel seat: EN 12266 Leakage rate B / ISO 5208 Category 3. Independent of flow direction. Process connection: Lug type with threaded lugs. Face-to-face: EN 558 Series 20 (optional Series 25), ISO 5752 Series 20, API 609 Table 1. Flange accommodation: EN 1092 PN 10/16/25/40 (to DN 150); EN 1092 PN 10/16/25 (DN 200–DN 1200); ASME Class 150; AS 4087 PN16/21. Top flange: EN ISO 5211. Power / Actuation: Manual, pneumatic or electric via EN ISO 5211 interface. Electrical connection: N/A (valve only). Certifications: Firesafe API Standard 607 7th edition, ISO 10497-5:2010. Marking: EN 19. Housing design: One-piece body with over-travel protection. Double-eccentric disc. Through shaft. Maintenance-free bearings. Clamping ring protects seat. Materials: Body: Carbon Steel 1.0619 (WCB) or Stainless Steel 1.4408 (CF8M). Disc: 1.4408 (CF8M). Shaft: 1.4418 (< 300°C) or 1.4980 (> 300°C). Seat: R-PTFE, Inconel 625, FireSafe (PTFE/Inconel). Options: Version with fitting key for valves ≥ DN 700.
