Description
Mixproof valve variant for secure media separation. Primary function: Mixproof shut-off with leakage cavity open to atmosphere. Range: DN 50 to DN 100 and OD 2" to 4". Max. product pressure: 10 bar. Process connection: Intermediate flange variant (Code 8) for welding into pipeline. Actuation: Manual or Pneumatic (air-to-spring). Output/Signal: Position feedback via optional T.VIS control top. Electrical connection: Via optional M12 connectors on control tops. Certifications: CE, FDA-compliant materials. Housing materials: Product wetted: AISI 316L; Non-wetted: AISI 304. Seal material: EPDM (FDA compliant). Ambient temperature: 0 to 45 °C. Key feature: Upon closing the disc, drain ports open to flush the leakage cavity, ensuring cleanliness.
