Description
Inductive conductivity sensor for measurement of conductive liquids. Suitable for connection to MAC 100 signal converter. Measuring principle: Inductive (toroidal). Measuring range: 0.625…2000 mS/cm (for PP version, cell factor c=6.25). Lowest detection limit: Cell factor x 100 μS/cm. Conductivity accuracy: ≤ 1% of measuring range. Temperature accuracy: ≤ 0.5% of measuring range. Process connection: Pipe installation with G1½ PVC or stainless steel union nut. Body material: PP or PVDF. Cell constant: c = 6.25 1/cm (PP), c = 4.65 1/cm (PVDF). Temperature sensor: Pt1000 (exposed or sealed for PP, only sealed for PVDF). Operating temperature (PP version): -10…+60°C (+14…+140°F) max. 15 min at 100°C. Operating temperature (PVDF version): -10…+100°C (+14…+212°F) max. 15 min at 110°C. Max. operating pressure (PP version): 10 bar at +20°C (145 psi at 68°F), 6 bar at +50°C (87 psi at 122°F). Immersion version available (only PP).
