Description
Main function: Internal gear pump for general purpose applications. Range: TG G-range for general purposes. Max capacity: 80 m³/h. Max differential pressure: 10 bar. Max temperature: 200°C. Max viscosity: 5,000 mPas. Pump casing material: Cast Iron. Idler material: Cast Iron / Steel / Stainless Steel. Rotor material: Cast Iron / Nodular Iron / Stainless Steel. Process connection: Flange connections options EN and ANSI. Shaft seal options: packed gland, single and double mechanical seals, lip seals, cartridge seals. Options: Heating and cooling jackets (thermal oil, steam or electrical heating), built-on safety relief valves (single or double for bi-directional use), front and back pull-out design. Applications: Petrochemicals, chemicals, paint and ink, pulp & paper, food industry. Operating principle: As the rotor and idler unmesh, under-pressure is created and liquid enters the newly created cavities. Liquid is transported in sealed pockets to the discharge side. The walls of the pump casing and the crescent create a seal that separates suction from discharge side. The rotor and idler mesh and liquid is pushed into the discharge line.
