Description
Main function: Internal gear pump offering high efficiency when transporting low viscosity fluids. Range: TG L-range. Max capacity: 8 m³/h. Max differential pressure: 25 bar. Max temperature: 250°C. Max viscosity: 60,000 mPas. Pump casing material: Cast Iron. Idler material: Steel. Rotor material: Steel. Process connection: Flange connections options EN and ANSI. Features: Large vertical ports for improved priming capability and reduced risk of cavitation. Small radial and axial clearances reduce slip for high volumetric efficiency. Optimized rotor/gear shape. Pressure relief channel from the seal area back to the suction side for prolonged seal life. Large bearing diameters for long service life. Rotors are machined from solid bar stock material. Hardened interior parts. Shaft seal options: packed gland, single and double mechanical seals, lip seals, cartridge seals. Options: Heating and cooling jackets, built-on safety relief valves. Applications: Petrochemicals, chemicals, paint and ink, pulp & paper, food industry.
