Description

Multi-turn electromechanical actuator for open-close and positioning duty (Class A/B, duty type S2 - 10/15 min). Torque adjustment range: 5...60 Nm. Output speed options at 50 Hz: 5, 10, 16, 25, 32, 40, 50, 60, 80, 96, 120, 160 rpm (some speeds not self-locking). Motor: 3-phase AC TENV squirrel cage, insulation class F, thermal protection with 3 thermoswitches. Enclosure IP68 (5m/24h). Corrosion protection K3 (C3) standard, K4/K5 optional. Ambient temperature: -25°C to +80°C (S2), -25°C to +60°C (S4). Electrical connection: plug/socket connector with screw terminals (power 2.5-6 mm², control 0.75-2.5 mm²). Handwheel for manual operation without switch-over. Gear: double input eccentric planetary gear, self-locking up to 80 rpm. Limit and torque switches (microswitch). Optional: intermediate position switches, potentiometer, 4-20 mA position transducer, heater, explosion-proof (ATEX II 2 G Ex db ib IIC T4/T3 Gb). Flange according to DIN EN ISO 5210 / DIN 3210. Housing: cast aluminium, colour RAL5015.
