Description

Multi-turn actuator for modulating duty (Class C, duty type S4 - 25%/35%). Torque adjustment range: modulating torque max. 30 Nm (rated torque corresponds to max adjustable torque). Output speeds at 50 Hz: 5, 10, 16, 25, 32, 40, 50, 60, 80, 96, 120, 160 rpm. Motor: 3-phase AC TENV, insulation class F, with 3 thermoswitches (or PTC). Enclosure IP68 (5m/24h). Corrosion protection K3 (C3). Ambient temperature: -25°C to +60°C for modulating duty (low -50°C to +40°C optional). Electrical: plug/socket connector with screw terminals. Handwheel always engaged. Planetary gear, lifetime lubrication, self-locking up to 80 rpm. Torque-dependent tripping. Limit switches. Suitable for frequent positioning. Optional: electronic position transducer 4-20 mA (2/3/4-wire), potentiometer, heater, explosion-proof (ATEX II 2 G). Flange per EN ISO 5210.
