Description
Main function: Magnetically actuated DPDT switch to sense high or low levels within a vessel when mounted on a KM26 Magnetic liquid level indicator, LS Series Cage Level switch, or External Chamber. Measuring range: N/A (Level switch, trip point infinitely adjustable). Accuracy: Max deadband approx. +/- 0.75" (1.9 cm) of float travel. Process connection: No process piping or valves required (magnetic coupling). Output signal and power: DPDT switch (NO or NC contacts). AC Rating: 10 A resistive, 1/4 HP @ 125 VAC or 250 VAC. DC Rating: 2.6 A @ 24 VDC, 0.5 A @ 125 VDC, 0.25 A @ 250 VDC. Lamp Load rating: 3A @ 125 VAC. Electrical connection: 1/2” FNPT conduit and terminal block (AWG 30 to AWG 12). Certifications: Explosion Proof - Class I, Division 1, Groups C & D. FM Approved NEMA 4 and Intrinsically Safe - Class I, II, III, Division 1, Groups A-G. Dust-Ignition Proof - Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G. Housing construction: Compact design, vibration resistant, NEMA 4 (Type 4), includes rod mount brackets and Switch Insulation Pad for process temperatures up to 454°C (850°F). Materials: Copper Free Aluminum housing, Silver-Cadmium Alloy contacts. Additional options: Certificate of Origin (GS1), Certificate of Functionality (CU3).
