Description
Main function: Pilot operated proportional directional control valve with barometric feedback of the main stage to the pressure reducing pilot valve. Progressive flow characteristics for sensitive adjustment of flow rate. High flow capacity. Range: Sizes NG10 (CETOP 05), NG16 (CETOP 07), NG25 (CETOP 08), NG32 (CETOP 10). Max operating pressure: P, A, B, X: 350 bar; T, Y: 185 bar. Nominal flow: D31FB up to 120 l/min; D41FB up to 200 l/min; D91FB up to 400 l/min; D111FB up to 1000 l/min (at Δp=5 bar per metering edge). Pilot control pressure: 25 bar. Accuracy: Hysteresis < 5%. Step response: 50–180 ms depending on size. Process connection: Mounting interface DIN 24340 / ISO 4401 / CETOP RP121 / NFPA. Mounting position: unrestricted. Output signal and power supply: External amplifier or digital onboard electronics (OBE). OBE supply voltage: 18–30 V DC, ripple < 5%. Command signals: ±10V, ±20mA, 4–20mA. Solenoid: 24V/1.1A (Code J) or 12V/2.5A (Code K). Electrical connection: EN 175301-803 (Code W), DT04-2P "Deutsch" (Code J), 6+PE or 11+PE for OBE. RS232 parametrizing connection for OBE. Protection class: IP65 (EN 60529); IP69K with Deutsch connector. Certifications: EMC EN 61000-6-2, EN 61000-6-4.
