Description
Main function: Pneumatic part-turn actuator, single-acting (spring-closing or spring-opening), Scotch Yoke design for automation of industrial valves. Range: Torque range 35 – 3590 Nm. Types: EB 5.1 to EB 26.1. Control pressure: min. 2.5 bar (0.25 MPa / 36.3 psi); max. 8 bar (0.8 MPa / 116 psi). End position adjustment: End position "Open" or "Closed" can be set precisely to -8°/+3°. Rotating angle: 90°. Process connection: Valve interface per EN ISO 5211. Flanges: F03 to F25. Control medium: Filtered compressed air or inert gases, dry or lubricated. Pressure dew point per ISO 8573-1:2010 class 3 must be ≥ -20°C or at least 10°C below ambient temperature. Max particle size per ISO 8573-1:2010 class 5 must not exceed 40 μm. At duty cycles ≥ 4/min: lubricate. Electrical connection: Limit switch and control valve assembly per VDI/VDE 3845 (NAMUR). Certifications: ATEX 2014/34/EU (Explosion protection). SIL 2, SIL 3 (redundant) per IEC 61508. DIN EN 15714-3. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C (standard); -40°C to +80°C (low temperature); -15°C to +120°C (high temperature). Housing design: Scotch Yoke mechanism. Coatings: CS3 / optional CS5M.
