Description

Stationary dual-stage inline powder dissolution unit for blending powders with liquids into homogeneous mixture. Dry ingredient capacity: up to 3000 kg/h for skimmed milk powder. Process connections: liquid inlet DIN 11851 DN 50 male union, outlet DIN 11851 DN 40 male union. Motor power: 15 kW (2-pole, 3000/3600 rpm, IP55, insulation class F). Requires frequency converter for operation (recommended 60 Hz for thickeners and stabilizers). Temperature range: -10°C to +95°C (CIP), media max 70°C. Recommended inlet pressure: 0–0.2 bar; minimum back pressure 1 bar. Materials: product-wetted steel parts W.1.4404 (316L) and duplex steel; seals EPDM, PTFE; other O-rings EPDM.
