Description

Main pulse valve for dust collector tank system. Function: full immersed valve system with springless piston/diaphragm design for highest peak pressure and flow performance. Remote pilot operated (2/2 NC function). Pilot connection: G1/8. Orifice size: 3.6 mm. Differential pressure range (PS): 0.3 to 8.5 bar. Ambient temperature range: -20°C to +85°C. Fluid temperature range (TS): -20°C to +100°C (TPE diaphragm). Recommended min. tank volume: 0.20 dm³ per cm tank length. Min. pitch distance: 120 mm. Max. tank length: 3000 mm. Min. pulse time: 50 ms. Construction: anodised aluminium tank, aluminium adapter/body, stainless steel clamps and bolts, NBR sealings and disc, TPE piston/diaphragm. Connection options: Quick Mount, push-in, hose, threaded. Supports up to 24 valves per tank. Electrical: remote pilot valve (separate) – recommended pilot valves: single pilot valve (IP20) series US E257A001/002/003 or pilot valve box (IP65) series 110 for 2 to 12 pilots. Optional explosionproof solenoids for hazardous locations according to ATEX. Certifications: CE according to Directive 97/23/EC for Pressure Equipment.
