Description
Piston seal composed of PTFE sealing ring energized by O-Ring. Function: Dynamic sealing of piston; low friction, no stick-slip. Materials: PTFE (virgin, bronze-filled, carbon-filled) + O-Ring (NBR, FKM, etc.). Temperature range PTFE: -100°C to +250°C. Chemical resistance: Virtually universal. Installation: Requires expansion and calibration; use assembly cone and calibration sleeve. Minimum mountable sizes (closed groove): KPOR30 >8 mm, KPOR31 >8 mm (series 000). Applications: High-speed, high-temperature hydraulics.
