Description

Part-turn electromechanical actuator for open-close and positioning duty (Class A/B). Output travel 90° standard (120° or 180° optional). Torque adjustment range: 25...75 Nm. Operating time for 90° at 50 Hz: 8, 16, 24, or 34 sec. Motor: 3-phase AC TENV, insulation class F. Enclosure IP68. Ambient -25°C...+80°C (S2) / -25°C...+60°C (S4). Electrical: plug/socket connector with screw terminals. Handwheel for manual operation without changeover. Gear: planetary gear, self-locking, lifetime lubrication. Torque switch and limit switch (microswitch). Flange per DIN EN ISO 5211 (size F05). Output drive: plug bush with bore and groove, square bore, dihedron. Optional: intermediate position switches, potentiometer, 4-20 mA position transducer, heater, explosion-proof (ATEX II 2 G). Housing: cast aluminium, RAL5015, corrosion protection K3.
