Description

Part-turn actuator for modulating duty (Class C, S4 - 25%/35%). Output travel 90° standard. Torque adjustment range for modulating: 37.5...75 Nm (max modulating torque 37.5 Nm? Actually table says modulating torque 37.5). Operating time for 90° at 50 Hz: 8, 16, 24, 34 sec. Motor: 3-phase AC TENV, insulation class F, thermal protection. Enclosure IP68. Ambient -25°C...+60°C (modulating duty). Electrical: plug/socket connector. Handwheel manual operation without changeover. Self-locking planetary gear. Torque and limit switches. Suitable for frequent starts (up to 300 c/h at 10% ED depending on speed). Flange per DIN EN ISO 5211 (F05). Optional: electronic position transducer 4-20 mA (EM5.004 normal, EM5.005 Ex), heater, additional limit switches, explosion-proof (ATEX II 2 G Ex db ib IIC).
