Rotary joint for cooling water and hot water. Large Series DP 65-100. Two‑way flow, designed for rotating inner pipe (directly borne in housing). Nominal size DN 65. Rotor connection: K‑flange with centring face and gasket sealing (for DN 40 and larger). Housing connection: radial NPT 1½ female thread (B1) and NPT 1½ (B2). Seal combination 1 (synthetic carbon 19K – chrome steel 18E). Medium: cooling water, hot water. Temperature range –10…140 °C, pressure range 0.2…10 bar, maximum speed 55000/DN ≈846 min⁻¹. Housing made of lacquered steel. Rotor made of stainless steel. Two ball bearings, factory‑lubricated, maintenance‑free up to 80 °C, for higher temperatures relubrication through easily accessible grease point required. Internal balanced mechanical seal, springs outside medium flow. Inner pipe supported in housing, no elbow required. Connection to rotating pressure system via K‑flange with sealing and centring face. Radial and axial housing connections with right‑hand female thread NPT (ANSI). Anti‑rotation device. ATEX certification optional. Set of drain plugs fits Large Series.
