Description
Continuous steam injection onto top/bottom mat surface in continuous presses. PLC‑regulated pressure/quantity based on production speed and board type. Raises mat temperature, accelerates cure, increases line capacity 15–30%. Improves density profile, reduces press wear, glassy surface suitable for lacquering. Special IMAL patent prevents condensation spots. For MDF, particleboard, OSB.
