Description

Direct-acting, spring-loaded, atmospheric discharge safety valve. Main function: Protects pressure tanks and systems for air and other neutral, non-poisonous, non-flammable gases that can be freely vented into the environment. Set pressure range: 0.2 to 50 bar (preset and sealed by the manufacturer). Temperature range: -20°C to +200°C with an FKM seat; -60°C to +225°C with a PTFE seat. Medium: Air, neutral gases and vapors. Process connection: Male thread G3/4 according to DIN EN ISO 228-1. No electrical output or power supply required. Electrical connection: Not applicable. Certifications: EU type examination, TUV-Germany, ASME Code Sec. XIII (for steam/gases), CRN, EAC, KGS, KOSHA, and various marine certifications (DNV, ABS, LR, RINA) for steam/gases. Body material: Brass CW614N (CW617N according to supplier data). Internal parts: Stainless steel 1.4310 spring, brass CW614N internal components. Seat material: FKM for set pressure 0.2-25 bar; PTFE for 25.1-50 bar. Optional PTFE seat available for the 0.2-25 bar range. Blow-off rates at 10% above set pressure are provided in the catalog, with rates ranging from 20 Nm³/h at 0.2 bar set pressure to 2897 Nm³/h at 50 bar for DN20 size
