Description
Pressure relief valves (UF4) and with tapered stem (UFR4). Function: Overpressure protection. Housing combinations: Shut-off, E-type manifold. Port connections: Buttweld (W) or 00 upgrade insert. Port sizes: DN25–DN100 and tube T10–T40. Actuator: Seat lift (SL) default. Control units: CU4, CU4Plus, IECEx CU (ATEX Zone 1), CU4 certified ATEX Zone 2, CU4Plus certified. Solenoids: 11 (1 solenoid). Communication: direct connect 24V DC, 110V AC, AS-i, IO-link. Actuator connectors: 6 mm air fittings, electrical: cable gland, 4-pin M12, 5-pin M12, 8-pin M12. Environmental: ATEX Zone 1, Zone 2. Seat type: TR – elastomeric profile seal. Seal materials: EPDM, FPM, HNBR. Surface finish: 10 – 1.6 μm, 11 – 0.8 μm with electro-polish. Options: A1S 3.1 cert, A3 hazardous, B1 3-A. Pressure relief ranges: Multiple options per valve size and actuator (see tables on page 22). Minimum response pressure >0 bar depending on mounting.
