Description
High pressure relief valve. Function: Overpressure protection at higher pressures. Housing combinations: Shut-off, E-type. Port connections: Buttweld (W). Port sizes: DN25–DN100 and tube T10–T40. Actuator: Seat lift (SL). Control units: CU4, CU4Plus (ordinary location only). Solenoids: 11 (1). Communication: direct connect 24V DC, 110V AC, AS-i, IO-link. Actuator connectors: 6 mm air fittings, electrical: cable gland, 4-pin M12, 5-pin M12, 8-pin M12. Seat type: TR – elastomeric profile seal. Seal materials: EPDM, FPM, HNBR. Surface finish: 10 – 1.6 μm, 11 – 0.8 μm with electro-polish. Options: A1S 3.1 cert. Pressure relief ranges: For UFHPA, ranges up to 40 bar (see table page 24).
