Possible Applications
The SPX FLOW UFMS4 aseptic relief valve is engineered for sterile processing lines within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and aseptic food and beverage industries. It is typically installed on fermenters, bioreactors, clean-in-place distribution loops, and sterile storage tanks to provide reliable overpressure protection without compromising product sterility. Because of its hygienic design and positive sealing capabilities, the valve effectively prevents microbial ingress during sensitive operations like ultra-high temperature processing, aseptic filling, and intermediate product transfer. Consequently, it safeguards pressurized sanitary systems from catastrophic failure while maintaining the strict microbiological integrity demanded by high-purity fluid handling environments.
