Description

Regulating valves for flow control. Function: Throttling and modulation. Types: RG (standard), RGE (economical), RGMS (aseptic membrane). Housing combinations: Shut-off (see diagram). Port connections: Hygienic flange (F) for RG/RGMS, buttweld (W) for RGE, without counter flanges (X). Port sizes: DN25–DN125 and tube T10–T40 with Kv values: RG Kv ranges from 0.25 to 250 m³/h depending on size; RGE Kv up to 160 m³/h. Actuator: Spring closing (A1, B1, C1, D1), spring opening (A2, B2, C2, D2), manual (H1). Actuating surfaces: 120, 175, 350, 700, 750 cm². Positioner: Integrated designs: Samson IP (4-20mA) models IP3725 (00W) and IP3730-1 auto-tune (S20W); external mount: Samson IP763 (SN0W) not for RGMS. Actuator connectors: 6 mm air fittings, electrical: cable gland. Stem type: LL linear, EP equal percentage. Seal materials: EPDM, FPM, HNBR. Surface finish: Not specified but likely 10 or 11.
