Description

Sampling valve for taking product samples. Function: Extract samples from pipeline. Housing combinations: Only DN25 size shown. Port connections: Buttweld (W). Port sizes: DN25–DN100 and tube T10–T40 (but body only DN25?). Actuator: G4 manual handle, G5 pneumatic + manual combination. Control unit: AAOA no CU (prox holder brackets separate). Actuator connectors: 6 mm air fittings, electrical: XX manual, 2X/3X no CU. Seat type: PT – PTFE. Seal materials: EPDM, FPM, HNBR. Surface finish: 10 – 1.6 μm, 11 – 0.8 μm with electro-polish. Options: A0 none (for PR), A1 3.1 cert (for PRD), A1S SPX cert, Z1 1 drain pipe, Z2 2 drain pipes (for PRD).
