Description
Two-piece butterfly valve for shut-off and throttling. Function: On/off control, flow regulation with positioner. Materials: 316L or 304 stainless steel housing. Port connections: Clamp (T) DIN 32676, buttweld (W), DIN male thread (G), SMS (S). Mixed connections possible. Port sizes: DN25–DN150 and tube T10–T60. Actuator types: Normally closed (A1, B1, C1), normally open (A2, B2, C2), air to air (A3, B3), manual handles (standard, lockable, infinite position, with yoke, metal multi-position). Actuator diameters: 80 mm, 125 mm, 180 mm. Control units: CU4, CU4Plus, IECEx CU (ATEX Zone 1), CU4 certified ATEX Zone 2, CU4Plus certified ATEX Zone 2, electropneumatic positioner BET C8692. Solenoid options: 1 solenoid, 1 solenoid + NOT element. Communication: direct connect 24V DC, 110V AC, AS-i, IO-link. Actuator connectors: 6 mm or 1/4" air fittings, electrical: cable gland, 4-pin M12, 5-pin M12. Environmental ratings: ATEX Zone 1, Zone 2 compliant. Seat type: TR – elastomeric profile seal. Seal materials: EPDM, FPM, HNBR. Surface finish: Inside 0.8 μm (32 μ-in) Ra ID, actuator glass blasted or polished. Options: A0 none, A15 3.1 inspection cert, A3 hazardous rated, C6 assembled. Certifications: ATEX, IECEx for control units; valve ATEX 2 G Ex h IIB T6...T3 Gb. Pressure rating: Max 10 bar. Temperature: EPDM, HNBR up to 135°C, FPM up to 100°C.
